Description:

Remember your grade school Valentine's Day Party? Putting your Valentine box out on your desk, walking around to each classmate's desk to deposit their little envelopes. And the best part, opening up your box and finding all those little love notes!

Purchase a box of those classroom valentines, found at nearly every supermarket and dollar store. Pick your favorite cartoon or design, just like you did when you were a kid.

Your "class" will consist of 10 people. You'll send one valentine to each "classmate", don't forget to sign each one so they know who it's from!

Extras: For a special Valentine's Day treat, send those cards that come with a candy surprise! Or maybe a sheet of stickers.

You can NOT mail them in the small envelopes they come with. Just put each one in a larger envelope, with or without its small envelope.

Swappers with 4.5 rating and above and newbies with completely filled out profile welcome. No one with no-sends allowed.

Can these be homemade???

JennaZ 10/24/2018 #

They can be homemade ONLY if you are not able to purchase cards near you. In the US there should be very few places you will not be able to find cards in stores.

I work in a Hallmark store. The ones we sell are a bit bigger than the ones you typically find for kids. Are these acceptable?

JennaZ 11/ 7/2018 #

@boandsully yes those are fine! You can be the kid in our class from the ritzy part of town!

boandsully 11/ 9/2018 #

@JennaZ hahaha!! Now I feel the pressure to come through! Ha!

Aww bummer. I would’ve loved to make mini Valentines cards! (I have waaaaay too many stamps/supplies to justify purchasing cards of any kind these days, LOL! Plus tiny cards are a fun challenge.) If you decide to do this again as DIY valentine cards, I will totally sign up. Sounds like a super cute swap! :)

I remember I loved this! I love this swap! Maybe if we get more people we can have a bigger swap?
